MICROWAVE FUDGE 
3 c. Nestle's chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. chopped walnuts

Put chips, butter and condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 5 minutes, turning bowl once. Beat chocolate mixture until it pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Add walnuts and mix.

Drop by tablespoon into cupcake papers and refrigerate until hard. You can also use small tart size cupcake paper or foil liners. The best part is they stay fresh for at least two weeks.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
