QUICHE NOEL 
1 pie crust
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. diced ham
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
4 tsp. flour
1/2 c. chopped green & red peppers

Line 9 inch pie pan with heavy duty Reynolds Wrap. Place crust in pan, fluting edges. Combine Swiss cheese and flour. Sprinkle into pie crust. Sprinkle on ham. Combine eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard. Beat until smooth and pour evenly over cheese and ham. Place unbaked pie in freezer until frozen solid. Remove pie from pan and overwrap in heavy duty Reynolds Wrap.

When ready to bake, remove foil overwrapping and return to pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley and pimento.
