QUICK BEER BREAD | |
3 c. self-rising flour 1 tbsp. sugar 12 oz. beer 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted Combine flour, sugar and beer. Pour into a greased 9"x5" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Pour the melted butter on top. Return to oven for another 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 1 loaf. |
