CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 lg. eggs
1 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. walnuts
1 tbsp. grated orange peel

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Alternately stir orange juice and flour mixture into creamed mixture. Fold in remaining ingredients.

Turn into a greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 65 minutes or until bread tests done. Makes 1 loaf.
