RHUBARB CRUNCH | |
1 c. brown sugar 1 c. rolled oats 1 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. shortening 1 c. white sugar 3 c. rhubarb 3 tbsp. flour Combine rhubarb, white sugar and flour. Place in a 6 x 10 inch baking dish. Then mix brown sugar, oatmeal, flour and butter together. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. |
