EASY RHUBARB CRUNCH 
Lay these in Pam sprayed 9 x 13 pan:

4 to 6 c. frozen rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. dry cake mix (white, yellow, butter brickle)
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
