RHUBARB CRUNCH 
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sifted flour
4 c. cut up rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine brown sugar, oatmeal, butter and flour. Press 1/2 mixture in greased 9"x13" pan. Add rhubarb on top of crumbs. Cook sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla until thick and clear. Stir constantly. Pour mixture over rhubarb and pat remaining crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
