MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (no pudding)
4 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 can mandarin orange slices, cut in small pieces (use juice)

Mix ingredients.

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes in layered pans (greased and floured).

Icing:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 small vanilla instant pudding
1 can crushed pineapple (fruit and juice)

Mix together. Chill cake after frosting before serving. Great summer refresher!
