HAM ROLLS 
1 lb. ground ham
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients and shape into balls and place in casserole or shallow baking dish. Pour meat sauce over balls and bake in slow oven 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste occasionally.

MEAT SAUCE FOR HAM ROLLS:

1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar or pineapple juice

Bring to a boil and pour over meat balls.
