GREEK PASTA SALAD | |
1 jar McCormick Salad Supreme 1 lb. semolina macaroni or rotini 1 lb. feta cheese, chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped 1 c. black olives, chopped 1 c. onions, chopped 2 c. green peppers, chopped 1 cucumber, peeled & chopped 1 c. oil 1/2 c. wine vinegar 2 tsp. oregano 3 tsp. dill weed or less 1 tsp. Accent 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard Cook macaroni; drain, toss while warm with 1 jar Salad Supreme. Add chopped vegetables and cheese. Mix oil, vinegar and spices together and add to pasta and vegetable mixture. Mix well. Refrigerate. Keeps for days. Serves 20. |
