2 lb. okra
1/4 c. oil
1 lb. smoked sausage
2 tbsp. flour
2 lg. onions, chopped
4 toes garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. hot sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
3 bay leaves
Dash thyme
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 1/2 qt. water
2 lb. med. shrimp, cleaned and de - veined
8 lg. cleaned crabs, broken in half (canned crabmeat can be substituted)
