SEA FOAM SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) lime Jello
1 c. fruit juice
2 c. chopped pears
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. hot water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. salt

Prepare Jello in usual way adding cream cheese, broken in small pieces. While still hot, add vinegar and salt; put in refrigerator to cool and when set beat with rotary egg beater. Add pears; put into large or individual molds and set in refrigerator until ready to serve.
