2 lbs. hamburger 1 onion, chopped 1 can hot enchilada sauce 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 sm. can chopped chilies Small corn tortillas 2 cans cream of chicken soup Salt and pepper Brown hamburger, onions, salt and pepper. Add can Hot enchilada sauce. In double boiler or microwave melt Velveeta cheese, cream of chicken, chopped chilies. Pour meat mixture in 9 x 13 dish. Arrange tortillas over meat mixture. Pour cheese mixture over this. Bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes. Yum Yum! |
