BOURBON BALLS 
1 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. dry cocoa
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 c. bourbon
Chocolate shot

Combine crumbs, sugar, pecans and cocoa. Stir in bourbon whiskey and blend well. Form into tiny balls. Roll in chocolate shot. Store airtight. They improve with a bit of aging.
