BOURBON BALLS 
2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. bourbon
Sifted powdered sugar

Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well. Combine corn syrup and bourbon; mix well and stir in crumb mixture. Shape in 1" balls and roll in powdered sugar. Store in air tight container. Yield: 6 dozen.
