MEXICAN MAIN DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, browned and drained or 1 chicken, cooked, boned and cubed
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 c. enchilada sauce (optional)
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (12) corn tortillas

Stir together all canned goods with milk. Add ground beef or chicken pieces. Add uncooked tortillas broken into pieces. Stir in a little cheese and pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Top with cheese and bake covered with foil for about half an hour. Uncover for another 5 to 10 minutes to let cheese brown.
