COLE SLAW | |
1 sm. head cabbage, chopped 4 green onions, chopped 4 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. slivered almonds 4 tbsp. sunflower seeds 1/3 c. oil 3 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar Dash of salt and pepper 1 flavor pack from any flavor Ramen noodles, reserve noodles Mix cabbage and green onion; set aside. Toast over low heat the almonds and sunflower seeds in the butter. Toast until golden brown. Mix together oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and the flavor pack. Pour this over the cabbage and onion. Add toasted almonds and sunflower seeds. Crush raw ramen noodles. Mix in with the cabbage. Serve. |
