SQUASH SOUP 
1/4 c. onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. pureed baked squash
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
4 tsp. chicken soup base
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. water
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley

Saute onion and butter. Add squash, seasoning, chicken soup, garlic powder and salt to sauteed mixture and boil until well blended. Add sugar and water; cook for another 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh ground pepper and chopped parsley.
