RICE CHEX DESSERT 
2 1/2 c. crushed Rice Chex Cereal
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. cashews, split
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. angel flake coconut
1/2 gal. softened vanilla ice cream

Combine first 5 ingredients. Spread half of mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pat down. Spread ice cream evenly on top. Sprinkle remaining mixture over ice cream, pat lightly. Cover, and freeze. Makes 24 servings.
