RHUBARB MARMALADE 
9 c. rhubarb, cut into pieces
6 c. sugar

Let set overnight. Soak 3 oranges 1-5 minutes. Grind oranges; mix with rhubarb mixture. Add 3 cups sugar and a pinch of salt.

Mix all together in heavy kettle. Cook at low heat for 30 minutes. Stir often for no burning. Put in jars; seal. Makes about 5 pints. Very good - mother's recipe.
