ROCKY ROAD COOKIE PIZZA 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1/2 c. chopped salted peanuts
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 c. caramel ice cream topping

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12 inch pizza pan (or 10 x 13 inch cookie sheet) with foil; grease foil. Press cookie dough into bottom of foil-lined pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 13 to 16 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven. Sprinkle evenly with peanuts, marshmallows and chocolate chips. Drizzle with caramel topping. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Remove foil from cookie pizza. Cut into wedges or squares. 16 servings.
