ROCKY ROAD COOKIE PIZZA 
1 pkg. Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies
1/2 c. chopped salted peanuts
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12 inch pizza pan with foil. Grease foil.

Press cookie dough on bottom of pan. Bake 350 degrees, 13 to 16 minutes. Remove from oven.

Sprinkle evenly with peanuts, marshmallows and chocolate chips. Drizzle with caramel topping. Bake additional 5-10 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into wedges or square. 16 servings.
