4 lb. chuck steak 1 env. dry onion soup mix 1 lb. canned tomatoes 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. garlic powder Pepper to taste 2 tbsp. cooking oil 2 tbsp. wine vinegar In large skillet arrange chuck steak cut into serving pieces. Cover with soup mix and tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, pepper, oil and wine vinegar. Simmer, covered 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Serve over noodles. 4 to 6 servings. |
