PINEAPPLE ICEBOX CAKE 
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 box vanilla wafers

Combine all ingredients except vanilla wafers. In a deep bowl, layer vanilla wafers alternately with pineapple mixture. Top layer being the wafers. Firmly press all ingredients with hands until juice covers the wafers. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with whipped cream or topping.
