1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
Dash salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cold water

Bake at 350 degrees, 30 minutes. Dissolve 2 teaspoons baking soda in 1 cup cold water. Mix sugar and cocoa - add mayonnaise and vanilla, mix; add flour, salt; add to water mixture, mix. Pour into two greased 9 inch cakepans or 1 oblong cake pan.
