BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 sm. can French fried onion rings
2 tsp. "Salt and Spice"

Boil broccoli 5 minutes and cool. Beat eggs, mayonnaise, and soup together and pour over broccoli. Add onion, 1/2 cup cheese, "Salt and Spice." Mix well and pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Melt butter and stuffing until all of butter is absorbed and stuffing is well coated. Spread on top of cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Add onion rings evenly on top of casserole last 5 minutes of baking time.
