SPINACH ROCKEFELLER 
Make filling a day ahead!

FILLING:

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cook, drain and squeeze dry
2 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, sauteed
4 eggs, beaten
1 stick melted butter

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. Lawry's salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne

12 thick tomato slices

Mix all ingredients at once. Season tomatoes with salt. Top with filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 12.
