4 oz. onion juice 1 tbsp. garlic juice 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tbsp. Louisiana red hot sauce (optional) 1 tbsp. liquid smoke 1/2 c. Tony's seasoning Mix together (for shoot-up). BASTE: 2 tbsp. Tony's seasoning 2 tbsp. prepared mustard Fry in peanut oil, will probably need 2 gallons. Fry 4 minutes per pound. Example 10 pound turkey would be fried for 40 minutes. |
