FROZEN SOUR CREAM FRUIT SALAD 
2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
Dash salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 slices pineapple
6 cherries
1/3 c. pecans
1 banana
Cupcake liners

Mix together the sour cream, sugar, and salt. Then add lemon juice. Cut up the pineapple, cherries, pecans, and bananas, and add to the sour cream mixture. Put cupcake liners in muffin tins. Fill each liner about 3/4 full. Freeze. When ready to serve, remove paper liners and serve on shell of lettuce. Makes 12-15.
