CRISP CUCUMBER SALAD 
4 med. cucumbers, sliced thin
2 sm. onions, sliced thin
1 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper

In large serving dish gently toss onions and cucumbers to mix. Beat sour cream, sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard and pepper until blended. Pour over cucumbers and onions. Chill until serving time; toss lightly. To make sugar free, substitute sugar with 12 packages of Sweet & Low.
