BREAKFAST WAFFLE BATTER 
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2/3 c. butter, melted
2 c. milk
5 eggs, separated

Separate eggs; beat whites until stiff. Beat yolks until golden. Add milk and beat 1 minute longer. Add dry ingredients. Beat until blended. Add melted butter and beat thoroughly. Fold in egg whites. Make waffles in your favorite iron.
