RHUBARB ROLL 
2 1/4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk (may need more)
1/3 c. cream

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk and cream. Knead lightly, roll out 1/4 inch thick.

SYRUP:

Boil:

1 c. water

1. Make dough and roll out.

2. Add rhubarb.

3. Roll as for cinnamon rolls.

4. Cut into 1 dozen.

5. Place on pan.

6. Pour hot syrup over.

7. Sprinkle with sugar.

8. Bake in 400 degree oven 35-40 minutes or until rhubarb is tender and biscuits are done. May use other fruit.
