CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (8 3/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
3/4 c. ginger ale

In a saucepan combine gelatin and cranberry sauce. Heat and stir until almost boiling and gelatin is dissolved. Stir in undrained pineapple and ginger ale. When fizzing has stopped, pour into a 5 1/2 cup mold. Chill until set. If desired garnish with greens and grapefruit and orange sections.
