RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. water
1 whole onion, chopped
6 pieces uncooked chicken breasts or pork cutlets
Dash of curry powder
Dash of chopped parsley

Butter large casserole dish and put in all ingredients. Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees, stirring a couple of times.
