NOODLE CLUSTERS | |
12 oz. chocolate chips, semi-sweet 1 c. Spanish peanuts 2 c. chow mein noodles Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Cool at room temperature. Mix peanuts and noodles in gently. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on wax paper. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or more. Makes 2 to 3 dozen clusters. |
