VITAMIN SALAD 
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 1/2 c. diced apple
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. ground peanuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Lettuce cups

All ingredients should be cold and crisp. Shred carrots on course side of grater. Toss all together with 2 forks, adding dressing. Serve in lettuce cups.
