HONEY CARAMELS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Boil to soft ball stage, stirring. Slowly add 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup evaporated milk SLOWLY, so it doesn't stop boiling. Boil to hard ball stage.

Put in 9 x 9 x 2 inch buttered pan. Cut when cool and wrap in squares. Keep cool, as with the honey gets soft easily.
