CHEESY MIXED VEGETABLES 
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. butter

Microwave frozen vegetables until tender. Melt butter and pour over stuffing mix, stir until well coated with butter. Add stuffing mix and shredded cheese to cooked vegetables and mix. Heat until cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
