BEEF STEW 
2 tbsp. onion soup mix
1 tsp. paprika
2 lbs. lean beef stew meat, cut into bite size pieces
6 med. potatoes, cut in pieces
6 sm. onions, peeled
6 carrots, pared and cut into 1 in. pieces
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. ketchup

Place soup mix and paprika in a bag. Add meat and shake until meat is coated. Place meat in a baking dish. Arrange vegetables on meat. Mix celery soup and ketchup and pour over meat and vegetables. Bake tightly covered for 3 hours or until meat is tender.
