BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. of beef, floured, browned in butter
18 sm. white onions, cut
6 carrots, cut
1 c. celery
1 can of mushrooms, drained (4.03)
2 c. of beef bouillon
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. of oregano
2 lg. potatoes, cut
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Flour and brown beef cubes in butter in Dutch oven. Take out of Dutch oven.

2. Saute' vegetables for 8 minutes. Add vegetables, beef and rest of ingredients and cook for 45 minutes.

3. Add potatoes and cook for an hour.
