BAKED CHICKEN DIJONNAISE 
4 (4 oz.) skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 to 1/2 c. country style Dijon mustard
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. coarsely chopped Swiss cheese
Foil lined cookie sheet

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil. Add chicken and brush heavily with mustard. Sprinkle on onion and cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until chicken is done and cheese is melted. Serve with rice pilaf and vegetables. 222 calories.
