CLAM PUFFS 
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, drained (reserve juice)
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 loaf party size pumpernickel

Combine clams, cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add a small amount of clam juice to make mixture of creamy consistency. Spread on pumpernickel and broil until lightly browned. NOTE: For best results cover bread to the edges with the spread.
