COFFEE ICE CREAM 
2 tbsp. Nescafe Instant Coffee
1/4 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs

Put the sweetened condensed milk into a bowl with the eggs. Whisk together. Blend the nutmeg, cocoa and Nescafe Instant Coffee in warm water until smooth; add to milk and egg mixture. Put bowl over a pan of simmering water, stirring until mixture is thicken enough to coat the back of the spoon. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in the yogurt and sour cream. Put into a refrigerator container and freeze. Serves 6.
