ASPARAGUS OR BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 boxes frozen cooked asparagus or broccoli
4 hard cooked eggs
6 tbsp. pimento, chopped
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour and 1/2 c. butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Paprika

Make sauce in double boiler of butter, flour, milk and cheese. Mix in eggs and pimento. Pour over vegetables in buttered casserole. Spread crumbs on top and sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
