CHICKEN HOT DISH 
3 c. cooked rice
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 to 2 c. vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peas, beans or mixture of all)
1/4 c. diced pimento
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. toasted almonds (optional)

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
