CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
Chicken breasts
3 eggs
Seasoned bread crumbs
Virginia baked ham
Swiss cheese
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Toothpicks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Mushrooms, canned or fresh

Lay chicken breast on a cutting board. With a knife, tenderize chicken in a cross-hatch pattern. Combine salt, pepper and garlic powder. Coat the chicken breast with the flour mixture, return chicken to cutting board. Add slices of ham and cheese, roll up and hold together with toothpicks. Beat eggs, dip rolled chicken into eggs, then into seasoned bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown. Place all chicken into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes.

Saute mushrooms in butter and add cream of mushroom soup and milk to make a gravy-like consistency. Use as sauce for the chicken.
