CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 split chicken breasts, deboned (best to purchase boneless breasts)
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices Virginia ham
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Place ham and Swiss cheese flat onto chicken breast. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Dip in egg and milk mixture. Roll in fine bread crumbs. Place in greased baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 4.
