KING RANCH CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled, boned, cut into pieces
1 dozen tortillas, thawed and torn into pieces
2 onions, chopped
2 c. grated American cheese
1/2 bell pepper, chopped

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1/2 soup can chicken broth
Salt and pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

Butter a casserole; put in a layer of chicken and a layer of tortillas, then onions, bell pepper and cheese. Cover with sauce. Repeat with another layer of each, saving some cheese to sprinkle on the top. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
