KIDNEY BEAN SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
15 oz. tomato sauce
1 diced onion
3-4 potatoes
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 diced green pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
6 c. water

Brown meat. Add onion, green pepper, tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper. Stir well. Thoroughly rinse kidney beans; add beans and potatoes to soup. Cook approximately 2 hours over medium low heat.
