MACARONI-CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 can whole kernel corn 1 can cream style corn 1 c. macaroni, uncooked 1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese 1/2 jar cubed pimentos 2 tbsp. butter Prepare a covered casserole by buttering sides and bottom. Mix all ingredients together. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. MICROWAVE: Cover with Saran Wrap and cook on high for 10 minutes, turning twice, or until macaroni is tender. |
